Well, Dana did say he would never fight in the UFC again so we can't call him a liar!
This could be a good addition to the Strikeforce roster assuming he can stay out of the troubles that have plagued him in the past. I am hopeful because Luke Rockhold could use a solid challenge.
UPDATE: Ariel Helwani has stated that Nate will be fighting at Welterweight. So, I guess Tyron Woodley better get ready.

The guy has made some pretty bad mistakes (both in and out of the ring, I guess) but in his final couple years with the UFC he became one of my favorite fighters. That performance against Gouveia single-handedly turned one of my friends on to MMA.

Can't see Woodley
being able to deal with what Nate can bring to the table. He’s a better striker (obviously) and while his defensive wrestling isn’t great against the likes of Okami and Sonnen I think he’ll be able to deal with Woodley.
I’m still curious as to what he’s going to look like, physically, at 170.
i think he has plenty of time to get his body adjusted to fighting at a lighter weight.
Hopefully he can keep his shit together because he is damn exciting to watch.

I was blown away when it was first announced that he was going to welter because he was never out of shape at middleweight but if he definitely was bloated and could probably have stood to lose some of that mass he was carrying around.
I think he’s going to look good. Does SF even have a welterweight champ?
Not since Diaz signed with the UFC.
