The Fight Card Shuffle: Amir Sadollah off UFC 143, Ken Stone off UFC on FX 1

The UFC has announced via Twitter that Amir Sadollah has been forced to withdraw from his fight against Jorge Lopez. The TUF Season 7 winner will be replaced by Matt Riddle, who was himself compelled to withdraw from a fight just last week, having fallen ill after the UFC 141 weigh-ins. The fight offers Riddle an opportunity to right ship after suffering the first two consecutive losses of his career. Jorge Lopez will likewise be looking to get back in the win column after stumbling in his Octagon debut against Justin Edwards.

Also announced is the removal of injured bantamweight Ken Stone from this month's UFC on FX 1 event. Stone, who earned his first win under a Zuffa promotion with his submission of Donny Walker last September, was slated to face Mike Easton as part of the event's main card. No replacement has yet been determined.

UFC on FX 1 takes place January 20 in Nashville, Tennessee. UFC 143 is scheduled for February 4, Superbowl Weekend, in Las Vegas.
