It's Showtime Japan: Chi Bin Lim vs. Mosab Amrani Fight Video

South Korean fighter Chi Bin Lim was able to overcome Mosab Amrani in a 65 kg. number one contender bout at It's Showtime Japan Countdown 1 on July 16th. Mosab Amrani had his moments, but Chi Bin Lim was able to outwork the young Moroccan-Dutch fighter and take an extra round decision.

Chi Bin Lim came under the It's Showtime banner largely as a consequence of the July 16th event being co-promoted with Japanese promotion, REBELS Muay Thai. Lim brutalized Daiki Watabe at REBELS 7 earlier in the year, in a bout that surely helped his name reappear on a larger card. Fans can only hope that bouts such as the one between Lim and Amrani are indicative of what is to come from the development of stronger kickboxing organizations, as we won't have to depend on tournaments explicitly for some cross pollination of generally disconnected regional scenes from around the world.
