Lion Fight Promotions: Battle in the Desert 3 Streaming Live on Saturday

Lion Fight Promotions returns with its third offering of the year, as Battle in the Desert 3 streams live from Primm, Nevada on Saturday evening. The online stream can be picked up at GoFightLive.TV for a little under $15. Start time is set for 8:00pm EST.

The headlining bout of the evening will feature former It's Showtime 77 kg. MAX titleholder and King's Cup winner Cosmo Alexandre against Muay Thai legend Sakmongkol. While Sakmongkol is at a very late stage in his competitive career, he fought The Contender Asia veteran James Martinez earlier this year and broke the man's arm. Alexandre will be the name that a lot of newer fans recognize, but Sakmongkol should offer a great test for the Brazilian striker. Top American Muay Thai fighter Ky Hollenbeck will also be featured on the fight card, as he defends his WBC Muay Thai interim middleweight world title against Simon Chu. Hollenbeck has had a brilliant year in competition and will look to continue that when he faces the Leeds-based Chu.

The event will also see Joe Schilling and Brandon Banda meet for the vacant WBC Muay Thai national light heavyweight title, while Remy Bonnel and Chaz Mulkey meet for the WBC Muay Thai interim international middleweight title.
