23 year old Ukranian fighter Sergei Lascenko has been training alongside Badr Hari at Mike's Gym. Although he posted a 2-3 record in 2010, Lascenko was a finalist in the K-1 World Grand Prix 2009 in Tokyo Final 16 Qualifying Grand Prix. There, Lascenko defeated Sebastian Ciobanu and Brice Guidon before losing to Daniel Ghita.

From It's Showtime via twitter and Facebook: "Melvin Manhoef will fight on the K-1 Dynamite event on New Years Eve. His opponent is yet unknown but we will keep you informed!" Manhoef may have had some setbacks this year with loses to Lawler, Saki, and Mizuno, but he's still a great addition to the Dynamite card. For the past 3 years, Melvin has absolutely destroyed opponents at Dynamite, with his huge KOs of Kazuo Misaki, Mark Hunt, and Yosuke Nishijima. Let's see who lines up to take a shot this year.

Not many details yet, but Mike's Gym has announced a gala event to be held November 21 in Zaandam, The Netherlands. Home to many of the world's top fighters including Badr Hari, Melvin Manhoef, and Cosmo Alexandre, Mike's Gym has established itself as one of the world's top kickboxing gyms in recent years. It will be interesting to see who they bring in to compete on this event, as they could put together a very nice line-up.
