Muay Thai based reality show Enfusion has just completed filming on their second season.  Following the format of The Ultimate Fighter and The Contender, Enfusion takes Muay Thai fighters, has them live together, and pits them against each other in a tournament to determine a season champion.  Judging from the exceptional list of fighters, Enfusion looks like it follows the older model of TUF - the show that brought in solid prospects like Chris Leben and Rashad Evans, as opposed to many of the more recent seasons and their focus on personality over skill.

Some of the fighters competing in Enfusion season 2 include the #10 ranked Pajonsuk, #16 Gago Drago, Vusi Colossa (the man who defeated Yodsaenklai), Armen Petrosyan, and Sahin Yakut

On July 10, Enfusion held their finale event in Portugal, crowning the season champion.  Since the show has not yet aired, we'll keep it spoiler free here, but read the full entry for results from the finals.

Still no word on when/where the show will air, though you can view a list of international broadcast partners here.

Read the full entry for results from the finals and to find out who is the Enfusion season 2 winner.

Star-divide

The finals were held as a one-night, four man elimination tournament.

In semi-final #1, Gago Drago defeated England's Rick Barnhill by KO.  It will be interesting to see how Barnhill made the semi-finals, as he would not have been viewed as a tournament favorite. In semi-final #2, Pajonsuk defeated Armen Petrosyan.

In the finals, Gago Drago defeated Pajonsuk via decision to become the season two champion.  This is a big win for Drago who recently lost to Leroy Kaestner and needed to regain some momentum.  For Pajonsuk, coming in off his career-high win over Sato, this is an unfortunate setback.

Coming out of the finals, it looks like Pajonsuk was in pretty bad shape and had to be hospitalized.  Reports on how badly hurt Pajonsuk was range wildly, with no definitive reports yet.  Hopefully it's nothing too severe, and we will be able to see Pajonsuk back in action soon.

Nope. Hasn’t aired yet, and it will probably be a little while until the finals air.
