"MMA For Charity" Video Recap

On March 13-14, "MMA for Charity" was held in Richmond, VA, at the MMA Institute. Seminars were held by fighters and instructors including Tom Lawlor, Sam Hoger, Mackens Semerzier, Aaron Riley, Jorge Masvidal, Seph Smith, Ryan Hall, Braulio Estima, and John Simons. Proceeds from the event and the accompanying auction will go to the "Hope for Haiti Children's Center." MMASpot.net was on hand to talk with event organizers and trainers.
