Oberg, Goodridge, Pique, More to Take Part in Shootboxing Europe Event

Shootboxing announced a new European card to be held May 1 in Hamburg, Germany.  The highlight of the show will be the European S-Cup, a qualifying tournament for Shootboxing's marquee S-Cup event. The winner of this event will compete in the S-Cup in Japan later this year.  The eight participants in the European qualifier are: Denis Schneidmiller, Muhammed Gur, Rassam Muhareb, Shemsi Beqiri, Michal Glogowski, Marcus Öberg, Tadas Jonkus, Marco Pique.

Some very solid names there with Oberg and Pique standing out as early favorites, but both Glogowski and Beqiri are strong dark horse candidates as well. 

Also announced for the card in non-tournament action: Gary "Big Daddy" Goodridge. No word yet on his opponent.
