Yeah, I was thrilled when I saw the 'New Blog' tag in the top corner...

This is great. I will try to be a regular here.

Hey Leland, do you think there’s a way we could get a FanShot on the front page of BloodyElbow linking to Head Kick Legend??? I think it would do wonders in terms of getting a good, knowledgeable base of readers here.

thanks..

And obviously if you have any suggestions as to what you’d like to see up here I’m all for it.

We’d love to get more MMA fans interested in kickboxing.

Excellent, a K-1ish blog with the best commenting system in the game.

This shirt is "dry clean only", which means it's dirty.

That was the main thing.

The comment system SBN offers is one of the best and sites like BE, WatchKalibRun and MMA4Real meant there was already an installed fanbase with accounts here.

How much non-K1 Kickboxing and Muay Thai will this blog be covering? Clips and updates out of Thailand and Holland would be great.

I assume the MMA element is just for crossover strikers? Anything more might be a bit redundant given your neighbors.

by omigawda on Oct 22, 2009 1:06 AM EDT reply actions

Yeah, exactly.

Most of the MMA coverage has to do with crossover fights, mostly. With FEG running K-1 and DREAM that means a lot of fighters are going to be going back and forth.

We actually have a good deal of contacts in Europe/Eastern Europe at this point that we keep up with as obviously most of the kickboxing world revolves around there and asia.
