DREAM Knows How to Sell a Fight; Aoki/Hansen III
Say what you will about the Japanese and how they promote fights, but they know how to sell them with video packages. I really wish UFC had this level of creativity when it came to selling fights. I know, I know, "REAL SPORT~!" and whatever, but a video package like this makes me more amped for a fight I was already excited to see. Aoki holds a submission victory over Hansen from 2006 in PRIDE, and in last year's Lightweight Grand Prix, Hansen, filling in for an injured Eddie Alvarez, knocked Aoki out. Aoki had a hard 15 minute war with Uno earlier that night.
They point out that Alvarez, the man who eliminated Hansen originally had been beaten by Aoki, but they also point out Uno, who gave Aoki trouble was viciously KO'd by Hansen a few years back. Should be one hell of a fight.
